Carpet Care
Low-moisture carpet cleaning with a counter-rotating brush (CRB) machine relies on mechanical agitation and minimal liquid to clean effectively without soaking the carpet. A light application of encapsulation solution is worked into the fibers by two brushes spinning in opposite directions, which lift the pile, loosen embedded soil, and distribute the cleaner evenly throughout the carpet.

As the solution dries, it surrounds and crystallizes remaining soil particles, allowing them to be easily removed during routine vacuuming. This method improves carpet appearance, restores texture, and leaves very little moisture behind, resulting in fast drying times and minimal disruption—making it ideal for maintenance cleaning in commercial and residential environments.

Floor Scrubbing
Scrubbing a vinyl floor involves using a machine or manual tool with a cleaning solution to loosen and remove dirt, grime, and buildup from the surface. The agitation from the pad or brush breaks contaminants free, while the solution suspends them so they can be picked up or rinsed away, leaving the floor clean and ready for drying or further finishing if needed.

Stripping & Waxing
Stripping and waxing a floor is the process of removing old, worn finish and applying new protective layers to restore appearance and durability. A stripping solution is used to break down and lift the existing wax or finish, which is then removed from the surface. Once the floor is clean and neutralized, fresh coats of floor finish are applied, creating a smooth, glossy layer that protects the flooring and enhances its appearance.

Tile Cleaning
Cleaning a tile floor with a brush machine uses rotating brushes and a cleaning solution to agitate the surface and grout lines, loosening embedded dirt and grime. The machine lifts contaminants from the pores and joints, allowing them to be picked up or rinsed away, leaving the tile clean and refreshed.

This can be done in both a residential setting, or a commercial setting.
